This is Túlio from the film Rio, made in memory of Blue Sky animations which now no longer exist. Due to Disney buying Blue Sky in 2019, I am not sure whether he counts as Set 2 or Set 4. However, Rio was released well before 2019 so you could argue he fits better in Set 2 but it's up to you. #bella100baby
