This is River Braswell (potential BFFto Lacey) He is an amnitious, goofball who makes a good living as a gynecologist an isn't weird to him becuase he came out as gay when he was 18. His religious parents kicked him out of his home in a similar manner as Lacey's. They found each other through his job and have been firends ever since.
