Octavia was a child prodigy, and everyone who knows her knows she's incredibly smart and talanted, in science, the arts, and nearly anything else she puts her mind to. Except for social skills; between the pressures of being a prodigy and the rigid expectations she placed upon herself, she never interacted much, as a child, with kids her own age, a deficiency she was never quite able to overcome.
