Count Dracula is quite the dashing sim, even if he does say so himself! He has always had a way with the ladies (and men, to be honest). He has amassed quite the fortune... almost like he'd need a few lifetimes to aquire it. Oh well! Some say he struck it lucky in the art trading business and are happy at that, but Buffy knows better.
