There's something off about the Harbours; something fishy. From odd lights flashing through the windows, to chipped scales littering the pool deck, across the side of the bath, and between the noises that are heard. Odd -- high pitched chirping to a foreign language that isn't exactly Simlish, but this isn't quite the tier StrangerVille is...
