Black Hands (Francesco Herrera), the most famous villan in town, was a crimelord back in Bridgeport after everything fell apart. The streets were filled with chaos and disorder as the celebrities departed from the city and pursued their careers in Isla Paridiso. Black Hands, orginally from the tropics, made his way back and imported illegal goods along the shoreline.
