It's true the public has pretty much given it over to them, but they certainly feel far from royal digging in the garbage. All are runaways hoping for a better life. Dunn Park is usually the first stop for kids needing to escape something. The Blush Girls (#Love4$) have all been through here. "Looney" does what he can to ease the transition. They don't trust you and you shouldn't trust them.
