#QualityControl59 --- Brian Crest, the famous explorer and founder of New Crest, found the uninhabited piece of land with coastal views while on his speedboat. He's a surfer, and he needed to find a new surfing location. IHe stopped in New Crest because of its incredible water views and to rest from his surfing search. His decided to stay and found the town --- he can visit his old surfing spots in his speedboat. He called it New Crest, using his last name as part of the new town.
