Castillo
The Castillo family has been around in Oasis Springs since its foundation. Carlos is a successful chef who owns Armadillo and Catalina (who was his sous chef) has now retired to help look after her three grandchildren. She wishes that Carlos would spend less time at the restaurant and hand it over to Cesar who runs the business side of things.
