The Noctari are from a planet caught up in conflict over land rights and intergalactic conquest. Their appearance is due the fact that the planet only experiences 13 days of daylight. The rest of the time its very dark. Their star fleet is feared by many. The Noctari relish combat, even when they mate. Scars can, and do, happen. It has been said that when a Noctari finds you attractive, they punch you in the face. If you hit them back, it is considered the beginning of a courtship. #alien
