Cupcake Frosting is a Supervillain with a powerful laptop. John found out from Cupcake's sister that she wants to do good things. Together, John and Cupcake formed the SBI Supervillain Task Force to hunt down and neutralize the many supervillains in the Sims worlds. John moved into Cupcake's house to work closely (and keep an eye on her).
