This is Willow and Dutch. Willow's makeup is reminiscent of the 1920's and includes pencil thin eyebrows, dark lips, and pink rouge. She is a black widow -- and her goal in life is to marry the Grim Reaper, whom she fell in love with after the death of her teenage boyfriend.
