This guy turned up as a Butler to one of my previous Sims, only he was an elder and looked quite a bit different. Turns out he scrubbed up quite well after some tweaking, so my current Vampire sim took him in and turned him into one too! Please do not re-upload or claim as your own, especially seeing as the inspiration behind this guy is kinda personal. If you do, I'll drink all ya plasma.
