Her ancestors founded this town and unfrotunetly she refused to have children. Her sister Angelica Bay lives on the other side of town near her children and grandchildren. Francesca and Angelica have been rivals due to Angelicas hatred of dogs. Francesa refused to have children because she feels that no child could ever amount to any animal.
