They will no longer be part of their original pack when you instal them. Add the original leaders(Kristopher for the Moonwood Collective and Rory for the Wildfangs) to the household, ask the relooked version of the sims to join the pack, and assign them their rank ("Werewolf Pack" menu, and then "Pack Hierarchy") and "Entrust the leadership" of the pack to their new version.
