Local residents of Newcrest. Dawn is the owner of Newcrest Bakery & Cafe. Her husband Tobias is a Uni Professor. Both parents have different visions for their children. Dawn hopes one of her daughters will one day take over the bakery but so far her eldest daughter Audrey despises baking and dreams of being an academic, which pleases Tobias.
