Osvaldo is a man with a hobby some would find odd. He searches the seas on his boat to "collect" and "show off" creatures called mermaids (or mermen). He has been doing this for a few years and has quite the collection. He lives in Sulani admiring his prizes and showing customers his collection of fish people.
