The Landgraab makeover! If you know the lore, you know that Johnny Zest is the "black sheep" who got disowned by his family. Okay, he's actually just disowned by Nancy (at least in my gameplay). All you have to do is kick poor Johnny out. And yes, I made sure to edit family relationships so Mr. Zest is actually part of the family.
