#fixmelilsimsie This belongs with my similarly titled build. This is Sam Menon, who recently inherited his grandmother's home, his partner Xavier and Sam's niece Joslyn who sometimes stays over. Sam is a graphic artist, Xavier is a librarian and Joslyn is absolutely full of energy. They’re looking for a brighter, airier and more modern atmosphere inside with more usable space. They find the color scheme, curtains and rugs particularly atrocious. They'd like a nicer yard with some landscaping.
