Here's #Elsa from Frozen! Except a more #modern one :) So she's not SUPPOSE to be a mermaid but I made a sim and though "Wow, I should make Elsa!" after she was already a mermaid so... I guess Elsa's a mermaid now! Also I didn't really know what to do with her traits so they're semi-random... Hope you enjoy!
