Piper was always mean to every one even her sister Juliette who helped her when she need it even tho Piper is mean to Juliette she still loves her #deligracydineout (Reason why Piper was always mean was because their mother and father died in a plane crash and lived they lived with there granparents that drank very much and they would hurt them/slap and push and make fun of and ect. but you get the idea lol)
