Local #Witch #Ophelia #Specter has opened her home to all #orphans, especially #occult. After the #death of her #werewolf #husband, #Duncan, she inherited his ancestal (and #haunted) manor and converted it into an #orphanage. Now devoted to Ophelia's Occult Orphange, or #Ooo!, the #kids keep her busy and she's done with #romance.
