Out of nowhere an alien saucer zipped passed causing him to make a hard landing, destroying the plan. Thankfully, Charlie, his wife, and young daughter survived. They learned they were lost in the woods but thanks to their extensive camping and outdoor knowledge they built an off the grid home. It has been many years living there.
