Cosmo and Wanda are new to the neighborhood, but there seems to be something fairly odd about this pair. Cosmo always seems to be joking around and may have some screws loose if you know what I mean, he really should be a comedian. Wanda on the other hand has her wits about her, but is always talking about her kids even though we all know she doesn't have any.
