Born into a life of poverty and mistreatment, Al learned at an early age how to survive in a hostile environment. Through trickery and manipulation he managed to survive his childhood with only mild PTSD and an antisocial personality disorder. Al would later carry on with his life as an outsider to society and a stranger to all that know him.
