Halley and Chelsey met at a beach in Sulani whilst teenagers. They became friends, and began dating a few years later. They got engaged on the beach before adopting Milo, then bought house on the shoreline and adopted Jamie. Friends with most of the other residents of Sulani, they enjoy get-togethers and love to invite people round.
