Esther and Simcha met while taking a Ladino class in university, where they bonded over their Black & Sephardi upbringings. Now, Estie is a Reconstructionist rabbi and Simcha works in tech. Allegra, their eldest, is an avid blogger and writer. Metuka is a developing artist, and recently, her mom brought her in to paint a mural for the Hebrew school at their temple.
