Paul Hornsby was a fictional character on General Hospital. He is the father of Susan Hornsby and Dillon Quartermaine, and Tracy Quartermaine's ex-husband. He was also Jerry Jacks' former accomplice and Cyrus Renault's former cellmate. He had no skills of being a hostage negotiator like former Mayor Janice Lomax.
