James White is an officer of the Port Charles Police Department on General Hospital as he's friends with Jordan Ashford and his partner Adam McCullough. He was also a friend of Nathan West as well as friends with Judge Natalie Rawles, former district attorney Margaux Dawson, and former Mayor Janice Lomax before and after he and Adam arrested Frank Anderson and Greg Barnes. #generalhospital
