Because of how the system works now...I don't really like the newest changes (in terms of how the bodies look). That being said, I found a slight work around. The blond beauty is actually a male sim and the dark-haired stud is a female sim. They are already married in game. Kason can get Skyler pregnant and Skyler sits down to pee...and so on and so forth.
