The Vatore siblings are a troubled bunch. They are newly turned (in vampire years) and still have to avoid being recognised in public. They both would prefer to be on the Selene team but Caleb has a harder time controlling himself. He struggles with letting go of his past life and the internal conflict is taken out on the world around him.
