These guys have had a simmilar past to your sims, their parents tried to take illegal substances oversease with them and got cought! They ended up getting a life time sentance in jail in another country. Rachel was only a todler when this all happeded and Aveline and Kai knew that they couldnt live knowing that Rachel was in foster care and with her being a todler when this happened she wouldnt even remember them.
