Wabanaki First Nations gather here to recuperate or live together in safety, security, and peace. Those who are part of the sanctuary treat each other equally, regardless of gender, sexual/romantic orientation, and religion. Resident elders hold the right to govern this sanctuary, but they mostly use their authority to ensure everyone is being taken care of.
