The Domingos are the first family of Newcrest. Chief got his nickname from quite literally being the town leader and politician. His daughter, Ging Ging, owns the landmark Ging Ging's Grove, a Mangrove boat restaurant based on Mangrove boat homes from their home province, Ilo-ilo in the Philippines.
