John Hancock known in the game as 'Hancock' is the Mayor of 'Goodneighbour' where Non feral Ghoul's such as himself are welcome. He run's Goodneighbour with a firm hand and is a good man regardless of his past life where he was experimented on. He is well loved especially by the Ladies as he is a charmer.
