*Fallout 4 Sturges*
You first meet Sturges in the Museum of Freedom in Concord where he and others are taking refuge from raiders with help from Preston Garvey. Sturges takes the role of all roiund Handyman at Sanctuary Hills and he asks you to do certain small quests to get Sanctuary fit for people to live there.
