Terra Pandano is a recycling super-fan. A die-hard freegan, she is passionate about re-use & loves nothing more than finding usable treasures in the dumpster. She dons her raccoon suit as hero-wannabe "Trash Panda" to spread awareness of living a more #EcoLifestyle. Her fervor (and odor) puts off many people, but Terra doesn't mind. She & her sidekick - kid favorite Scrappy the rescue #raccoon - will keep fighting for meaningful change in #EvergreenHarbor & beyond.
