Jason Caruso was born in the city, along with Alen Caruso and Hellen Caruso as his parents. His parents were very wealthy and expected nothing but the best out of Jason. Jason truly wanted to be in the spotlight, and have his own star on Starlight Bullivard. He convinsed his parents to let him pursue his dream, and give him a LARGE some of money.
