Charles moved to #NewOrleans from #England as a boy. His family was very wealthy, and had bought him a manor in the Garden District for his 20th birthday. 5 years later, he threw a party at his manor. All was well until an evil Voodoo witch named Madame Moullier, the same one who cursed his parents and eventually drove them to death out of envy, arrived at his party and cast a curse on his party and everyone attending to never leave the manor. Charles soon died and became a #vampire. #English
