Karos spends his time protecting his king/queen as he standsby one rule, never let anyone bring the other down his tattoo's are his promise to them as well as himself to forever stay by their side. His past trials mean nothing if it wans't for the other being around to be with him, he wouldn't feel as complete as he does.
