Lucius is based off of a Pusheen Dragon Plush who eventually turned into one of my OCs. Lucius is a lot more serious than Kenneth, he doesn't care too much for violents and is normally trying to put Kenneth in his place. Lucius is part dragon, part cat and he hates it, especially his lifespan which is that of a dragon.
