Hal had been a fixture at the Seasonal Pop-Up Halloween Store for years. One particular Halloween, a Mischievous Vampire visited during the off hours and turned the inanimate Mannequin. Hal stayed motionless during the day, watching and learning from unsuspecting Sims. He did pick up a bad habit (he didn't know any better). When the season ended, he was boxed up.
