My Pet: Conde
Back when pets were free-range in our neighborhood, a family friend gave us a puppy. Apple had a Golden Retriever's fur and an Aspin's build. She went out a lot, got into fights, bore a few litters. At home she shed fur and had us rub her belly with our feet. She was thirteen when she bled to death from a stillbirth. (Based on a deceased pet.
