In the Barbie box at my house when my girls were growing up, Barbie herself was always dressed to the nines (even shoes). The half-dressed Ken dolls would only have effort made to clothe them when the play scenario called for it (dates). Poor old Midge, ignored & also half-dressed lay in the bottom of the box most of the time.
