Based on "The Proud Family". I did my best to capture the characteristics to the cartoon's characters and playing around with the genetics of Trudy and Oscar. Penny is a teen so she's not going to be as small in stature that she was in the show hehe. I wanted to put some of the skills up for Trudy & Oscar since they're the adults but perhaps you as the players can ^_^. I hope you enjoy this famiily.
