#downssyndrome #diversesims #disability I thought I'd have a go at creating some sims with down's syndrome, a genetic condition with common facial features like upwards slanting, heavily lidded eyes, small mouth and ears. People with down's syndrome are awesome and any negative comments about them will be deleted, I just wanna try and make a more diverse range of sims for my games and thought others might enjoy :)
