Joe was born & raised in dusty Oasis Springs. He dreamt onedhe would #getfamous & have a star on the walk of fame. He married his HS sweetheart Susie & soon convinced her to move to #DelSolValley to pursue his dream. Changing his name to Jovan, he soon landed a spot in daytime tv where he was a big HIT.
