Ubel is the #prince of the #underworld. He showed up there and the king said "I Can't Not Make You My #Heir"--I originally designed him in 2015 during the height of Undertale's popularity and before Halsey was cringe, so his inspiration was the unhinged combination of Mettaton, Hisoka, and that one Halsey album. His favorite characters that he based his personality around are JJBA Brando, Junko Enoshima, and Nico Yazawa (#demon #hotpink)
