Albert is a retired ethics professor. He lost his wife, Sylvia, almost four years ago to cancer. Since his retirement and the loss of his wife, his daughter, Allison, has been encouraging her father to get out more and meet people his own age. He enjoys fishing, playing chess, gardening, reading, debating ethics and philosophy, playing the piano, and going for walks.
