This #Kawaii beauty technically has #NoCC but has added #defaults that we need to DL & add to the game mods. Defaults are re-textures of Maxis original skin, eyes, etc. & simple to use. I like the cool, creative style it adds to sims. The game doesn't tag these creations as CC so it is opinion whether this is CC or not.
